How much is shipping?

Shipping within Australia rates: $8.90 Standard Shipping, $13.90 Express Shipping. Spend over $100 to receive free standard shipping with code FREESHIP and over $180 to receive free express shipping with code FREEEXPSHIP. Please note that the free shipping offers do not apply to international orders.

What are your processing times?

Orders are packed and shipped out anywhere between 3 and 8 business days from when the order is placed. If you want something to arrive by a certain date, I recommend ordering up to two/three weeks before the day, just to be safe!

Do you ship internationally?

Currently shipping outside of Australia to Canada, France, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, the United Kingdom and the United States. Different shipping rates apply. Feel free to contact me with where you are from and I will see if I can add your country to the list.

Refunds & returns

At this current time, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind. If an item arrives broken or damaged, please shoot through an email or Insta DM and you will be compensated for the issue. Please note, you will need to provide evidence of the damage with a picture.

What is the Build a Beginner Witch Kit?

The Build a Beginner Witch Kit is designed to include everything a witch may want when first setting up their craft in a fully customisable manner. Simply add the herbs, candles and other craft tools to your basket, and then sit back and relax while you wait for your personally selected witchcraft materials to arrive! Each item has a description of it's uses so you are fully informed on your purchase; furthermore if you would like your jars to be labelled then simply leave a note at checkout.

Can I consume the herbs/florals?

We do not keep the herbs or florals stored in a food safe manner, as we intend for them to go into spell work that does not involve eating! For this reason, Pixie Witch does not recommend that our herbs and florals are used for consumption.
